How We Will Achieve Our Objectives
We will work with experienced theatre practitioners and users of HIV/AIDS, drug and alcohol services. We will enable service users to use their experiences and involve them directly in creating high quality theatre.
Equal Opportunities Policy
Chrysalis Theatre recognises that prejudice on such grounds as race, gender, disability, age or sexual orientation is a major cause of injustice. As a group whose members suffer themselves from continuing prejudice, we are determined to combat these and all other forms of discrimination in the way we run our own group and in our dealings with all individuals and organisations.
