Josie: Three to Six Months

Here's the best of my photos up to six months old.... Ahhh, wasn't I sweet when I was little....

At the end of a hard day, what could be better than a nice story before bed?

I think when I grow up, I want to be a beautiful princess, too!

Dad Dad says I am already!

I'm TRYING to get hold of the camera, here. But bossy Mum Mum says "No".

Josie is wearing jeans from New Zealand, a hippo T-shirt, and a special jumper from Granny in Bexley.

My Dad Dad is mean to me. Here he is, tickling me to within an inch of my tolerance!

Mind you, I got my own back on him later, in the nappy department!

Now, I've been practicing sitting up. Look, I've NEARLY got the hang of it here. Just a little problem here with lateral stability, according to Dad-Dad.

THERE! Got it! I KNEW I could do it!

Look at me!

I thought it was about time I put pictures of some of my chums on here.

This is me with my big friend Charlie. He's very forward, he's already asked Dad-Dad about a date in 18 years time!

I think he likes me! Anyway, let's hope so, because we're going on holiday together to Portugal soon. That'll be an experience!

And here's my other special chum, Evie. She's just a little bit older than me, but we're good pals and enjoy playing together.

Here I am, playing in my rubber ring on the decking. I've got Anna the Elephant with me, so it's smiles all round.

I've just started a new game, called Weaning.

Still trying to work out the rules, but it seems to involve getting food in as many places as possible. Seems quite easy, really. Only problem is that, sometimes, a little bit gets in my mouth. Yuck.

Wow! What great parents I've got! They've bought me a brand-new high chair, with monkeys and giraffes on. Smashing. AND I've got some new toys to play with, too.

The triangle is my favourite so far.

Here I am, practicing my crawling technique. Not managed to move, yet, but still looking pretty cute, aren't I!

I do enjoy a good read in the garden. Here I am just catching up on things...

On holiday in Bridlington. Here I am, on the beach, trying to stay out of the wind and not getting too sandy. It was VERY exciting.

Still experiencing a few minor balance problems, but overall I'm getting the hang of this 'sitting down' thing.

That funny cousin Ethan made me my very own princess carriage out of sand, and here we are, trying it out for size. I even had castles round it. Wow!

Later, I went to the aquarium in Hull. Wow, that was AMAZING! I saw loads of fish, and they made me laugh.
