What are "HaRpi Treasures"?

After making a few 'customised' CD's for parties, we decided to make a CD collection of a few of our favourite "in" songs. Not your usual pop hits though, the songs on the CD reflected obscure, rare or just plain funny tracks we'd stumbled across on the internet, on old tapes or ancient singles. In short, songs that reflected our personality. "HaRpi Treasures" was born!

Since then, we've created a number of similar CD's, compiling our favourite lost songs. The CD's have also developed - as we've acquired more sophisticated computer software we've been able to include songs from the TV (Kim Medcalf from Eastenders doing "All I Want For Christmas is You" for example!) and also customise our tracks with samples from our favourite obscure sources!

We usually make a few copies of each CD for friends, but we don't include everyone every time as it takes quite a lot of resources (ink, CD's and so on) to do them. But if anyone shows an interest then we usually do them a copy of the next release!

I won't have completed all the sections yet, but I'm aiming to add a page detailing the contents, background and 'making of' each CD very soon, including some exclusive photographs, information and maybe even the odd downloadable clip so you can experience "HaRpi Treasures" for yourself!
