The Doctor's head has cleared and the memory blocks which were planted by Hawkspur many years ago have lifted due to the power and stench of Dorothy and the Brig.
"I used this Dotty bird to summon you here and help me break free," Who explains. "Come on. There's a spooky old crypt downstairs, and I've a feeling the answer to all this flapdoodle lies down there."



As the Doctor explains the plot, Bernice Summerdays has come across Bessie. Lucky car.
"The future lies this way." she quips to herself as she prepares to enter Charlotte Church.



"Why have I been having all these bad dreams Doctor?" asks Dot as the intrepid travellers go down in a threesome.
"In a future incarnation I planted loads of eerie weirdy alien memories in your head for safekeeping which made you go insane." says Doctor Legg.
"Thanks." replies Dot.



Things are hotting up faster than Dotty's knickers back at old Uncky Hawkspurs HQ. Armour plated Teflon-coated killing machines mill round the bald tyrant.
"Doctor Who is required! Bring him here!" says Hawky. "Fly my pretties, fly! Fly like an angel, heaven sent to me!"



"Heather Flogus, Heather Flogus, wonderful news! According to all sources, the streets the place to go. I have here the results to the election and you've won! You've won the grand prize! You are now the Prime Minister of the entire United Kingdom! And Wales."
"At last! This is my moment! My perfect moment!" booms Hawkspur. "And now... the reign of terror.... can begin!"

 

As the Daleks depart, Hawkspur looks to the heavens and. as these situations always demand. he cries out... "Nothing in the world can stop me now!"
