Way back in the mid 1980s, Gary Downie, one of Doctor Who's Floor Managery type of things published a book more important to society than the Bible. This colourful tome rivals Kate O'Mara's  Game Plan - A Modern Woman's Survival Kit in the affections of HaRpi.

Luckily, the book was so over-ordered that musty bookshops and stock rooms are still crammed with them, and we were able to finally furnish ourselves with a copy for the sum of 85p. Within the well-illustrated pages, Doctor Who production crew and cast alike recommend recipes of choice or, sometimes, simply make them up to get rid of the person hassling them. It's now HaRpi's duty and challenge to attempt to make each of the hideous recipes in the book. Even the really disgusting sounding ones.
