Sinpusher was started in 2001, by Carl Smith and myself, Simon Davies. Carl had telephoned me on numerous occasions to talk me into forming a band, and eventually I agreed. I had left Bandana about a year prior to this, and thought it was about time to flex my fingers again!

 

Mark Robinson was the original singer up until 2003. He left due to work commitments. After several auditions, Chris was the chosen vocalist and soon settled into the band with his distinctive voice!

Paul Jackson was the original drummer for about 8 months, after which Tony joined us (Accompanied by Mr.Artois and Mr.Brown...!) and we have been going from strength to strength ever since. Carl left the band early 2007, being replaced by Dave Teague a couple of months later, I have worked with Dave in a couple of previous bands and he does his fair share of guitar "widdling".

 

We perform in and around Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire,UK on the whole, but have been known to travel further afield, staying in luxurious hotels, throwing TV's out of the window, wild parties etc....The usual Rock 'n' Roll lifestyle.....Well we dream on!

Simon uses: Wal, MTD and Cort basses, EBS Amplification, SWR Cabs and a microphone

 

 

 

Tony uses: Some old steel saucepans and milk bottles. Oh, and a microphone.

Dave uses: Some BIG chunky amps and LOTS of flashy expensive guitars. He also needs a lot of electrical power for his gear!!!
