Whereby it is understood and agreed as follows:
1. That the Breeder will transfer and the Adopter(s) will adopt the Kitten detailed below for an adoption fee of
.The Kitten has been inoculated for flu, and enteritis, and has been wormed; has received a minimum of 2 veterinary health checks (at approximately 9 and 12 weeks) and to the best of our knowledge, leaves us in good health. Kitten must be examined by your own vet within 7 days. We do strongly recommend that kittens are insured against veterinary fees at all times.

2. That the Adopter(s) agrees to and understand(s) the following conditions:
Kittens adopted as pets shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind at any time. We place all kittens adopted as pets on the GCCF non-active register.
The kitten shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment, nor sold, given or donated to any person without the Breeder's prior knowledge and consent.
In the event of the Adopter(s) being unable to maintain the kitten, the Breeder shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the kitten at any age. In any case, the breeder will be informed of details of any new home, including contact details for the new owner.
The kitten has been adopted as a Pet and must be neutered/spayed at 6 months of age. GCCF registration slip will be forwarded to the adoptee on receipt of written veterinary evidence of neutering.
3. The Adopter(s) further warrant that the kitten(s):
Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.
Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon, and will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.
Will under No circumstances be declawed.
The Adopter(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Adopter will surrender said kitten to the Breeder unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.
This agreement remains in force for the entire life of the cat.
