Where you can learn and practise Kung Fu

Kung Fu literally means “The hard way”.
Whirlwind Fist involves hand and elbow strikes, leg kicks and knee strikes, arm locks, wrist locks, throws, nerve holds, free sparring, mass attack and defence from weapons, and Forms.
Our style includes traditional Kung Fu and aspects of other martial arts such as Ju Jitsu, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai and Judo. The style has evolved to adapt to modern fighting scenarios by taking effective techniques from other martial arts and adding them to our style of Kung Fu.
Our club places an emphasis on self defence by practicing techniques from attacks from kicks, punches, etc.
The lessons are divided up into two parts: fitness training, then Kung Fu.
