CORNWALL CHALET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note - MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF £100.00 to be sent with booking form. AN ADDITIONAL, REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100.00 IS REQUIRED AS SECURITY AGAINST ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE ( Sent with final balance, this should be made out as a separate cheque and will be returned after hire, upon satisfaction of terms and conditions)
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. * THIS IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING
CHALET *
2. All bookings will be only be accepted on receipt of deposit for each
week of hire
3. All hire periods (except Easter) start and finish on Saturday
(except by prior arrangement) Entry from 3pm onwards. Accommodation
must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
4. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of cancellation of hiring
accommodation with less than 14 days to hire date.
5. Receipts will be sent to confirm all bookings
6. The party shall consist exactly as listed, unless previously
agreed in writing
7. Full payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival
8. Chalets must not be used to accommodate more than six persons
during hire period
9. Estate Management reserve the right to request any party to leave
the Estate should their conduct be prejudicial to the well being of
other visitors
10. For safety reasons, biicycles are not permitted to be ridden within
any of the Chalet areas
11. Chalets must be left as found; in clean condition and good order
upon departure.
12. Any damage must be reported and breakages paid for / replaced,
like for like. Your £100 security is at risk if you do not.
13. The security cheque will be returned (subject to condition 12)
within 14 days of end of hire.

ALL BEDS ARE SUPPLIED WITH DUVETS AND PILLOWS BUT NOT COVERS OR SHEETS.
IMPORTANT - YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS as these are NOT INCLUDED
SHOWER / TOILET / WASH ROOM.
LOUNGE WITH BED SETTEE, TWO ARM CHAIRS, TV/VIDEO/DVD, FREEVIEW DIGITAL
TV BOX AND RADIO.
FULLY FITTED KITCHEN WITH DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, OVEN, HOB AND ALL CROCKERY,
COOKWARE, GLASSES ETC
(In fact everything you should need)
There is also a Washing Machine, Fold out Dryer, Pegs, Broom, Dust Pan
and all the other little bits and pieces you might need.
