	Experience the real Spain with its  breathtaking beauty and a magnificent history.   Los Pinos is a true paradise for those who like road and mountain cycling, hill walking, lake and river fishing; as well as for those who like adventure of rock climbing and river rafting.  Why not have the space you deserve in a quiet  and beautiful location? Our two bedroom house, with a swimming pool is set on an acre of land, and  is there for you, and your family and friends  to enjoy.  Los Pinos is 10 km from a large mountain lake Quipar-Alfonso XIII and is about  30 meters of the Segura river. The house is built in the mountain foothills, which is covered by pine forests, with many hiking paths some of which start literally at the back of the garden. It is close to all the best things the region has to offer.There are plenty of local festivals to attend, thermal spas in Archena, wine tasting in Jumilla and the historic Murcia is only half an hour drive. The closest beach is about an hour away.   Country house "Los Pinos" features: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with possibility to rent further 3 roomsand 1 bathroom  if required) Spacious living room with a large fireplace and leading to a shady patio 4 air conditioners around the house central heating Fully equiped modern kitchen with freedge-frizer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and  kitchen utensils Large garage, washing machine Large swimming pool (12 by 6 meters) Roofed outdoor verandah, tables and benches Outdoor kitchen with a large traditional barbecue stove Private fruit orchard with apticots, apples, pears, peaches, figs, plums. Free bicycles to borrow Secure gates, private driveway and fencing. Excellent road access Total house area is about 300 square meters, total land is about 1 acre PHOTOS welcome! the gate to our finca. up we go from the gate on a private driveway. can a house be beautiful if it is not on a hill? What you see in front is on the property away from the public road (I know it is obvious but some people happen to ask). actually, you can carry on up to the mountains through our grounds for a hike. then you will see the house and the finca from above. that broun stuff is our peach orchard (it was winter).     by the pool with a massive laurel tree on the back         Patio terrace. Patio again. This mimose tree does smell nice. in the living room. I bet you have never seen  a fireplace that big  before. do not bother chopping wood, just put your tree right in there.           around the pool. the roof of this veranda is there to protect you from sun not rain, do not misuse! but you are wellcome to protect yourself from a star light which gets pretty strong when you party there at night. the pool. a BBQ and a stove inside the external kitchen (a separate building on the grounds). Cooking paellas for less than 10 people is strictly prohibited (joke).   drunk and happy us celebrating christmas with Gines-the-cheesman and his family.
