Cathy Senter was a member of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales for twelve years. Subsequently she played regularly with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra under Sir Simon Rattle, and continues to freelance. Throughout her career she has made reeds both for herself and other players, including many eminent professionals.

Every reed she makes is subjected to a painstaking process of repeated testing and adjustment until she is satisfied with the result. Consequently, all of them should be acceptable, but if they are not suitable, they can be returned as long as they have not been altered in any way.
