Alex Higgins from Glenravel is an enthusiastic local musician and brings his banjo regularly to sessions in Johhny Joe's Charlie McDonnell is a popular local singer whose CD is available by mail order from Glens Music Dominic McNabb, the Glens Fiddler, in full swing. He aslo has a CD on the Glens Music label.

Ciaran Dempsey is a native of Cushendall and a regular accompanist,on piano, to the sessions in Johhny Joe's. Ciaran also plays piano accordion, and is a school teacher in Ballymena. Sean Quinn enjoys his share of the music in Johnny Joe's. Sean plays a full-size Crucianelli piano accordion and is another experienced ceili band musician, who also loves a session in McCollam's parlour.
