Again, I decided to keep a log of thoughts and observations.
These are a fairly faithful record of events, exciting, boring, depressing and enlightening (perhaps even misleading) - as they happened. with some piccies inserted from the digital cameras (which are all clickable to large images),
At the time I was there the exchange rates very roughly 70bhat to the pound
On this trip I made more use of the GPS, which I had intended to use to location stamp all the photos. But
going in and out of building, in and out of woods made continuous tracking almost impossible.
However, it was good for pinpointing the locations of certain places and shows some specific routes and tracks.
I took over 1000 photos and the elephant center gave me a DVD with 700 photos on. So these pages just touch the surface of images captured. Some lovely images of scenery, animals, spiders (they were big), elephants, Buddhas, temples and people have not made it onto these pages.
