While away I decided to keep a log of thoughts and observations. A sort of weblog but without the web, others would perhaps call it a diary. It's a sort of cross between the two - a webary, or perhaps... dialog.
I entered the comments into the Palm Pilot as I went along, So this is a fairly faithful record of events, exciting, boring, depressing and enlightening (perhaps even misleading) - as they happened.
I've just cut'n'pasted those notes (with considerable typo fixes), and added some piccies from the digital and waterproof cameras (which are all clickable to large images), the content remains pretty much the same as the day it was written.
I've sometimes taken some shortcuts in these notes, Epounds means Egyptian pounds and E10 means 10 Egyptian pounds (the exchange rate is about E10 to 1UKP).
