All our bedrooms (except for the guest lounge were smoking is acceptable) have a no smoking policy.

As our guest you will have a security access code for the door and there is no set closing time.

Our only request is that you should be respectful of other guests and if you come in late at night to keep noise to a minimum.

When a reservation is made a credit card number is taken to guarantee the bookings requested.
This number is held as a guarantee only. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
