[Editor's Note, July 2003: The text on this page was originally written by Morgan Miller as part of his CyderSpace
website, which is sadly defunct. The files were taken over by Dick Dunn of the cider digest, and in turn Dick has kindly passed on
the pages relating to Spanish cider to me, for incorporation into the Real Cider & Perry site. If you have any comments or updates on the page,

This listing of Cider bars has been compiled from tourist guides. This is
in no way complete, especially the Asturian section.
The Basque/Euskadi provence of Gipuzkoa is much like Devon or Normandy with
a multitude of Farmhouse cideries/cider bars. The provencial tourism board
has compiled a small listing of these available at tourist offices there.
I have a copy, which I can't find at the moment. When I do there will be
a more complete listing.
If you happen to go to Spain and visit any sidrerias, send me a report!
