Big Apple Enthusiasts Day. A practical introduction to
perrymaking. 10:30 am to 4pm at Much Marcle near Ledbury in Herefordshire. Cost
£15 to include a cold lunch. Spend a day meeting the trees, collecting the pears
and making the perry. If no perry pears are available, then cider will be made
instead.
