Gawsworth Gig! The Fivepenny Piece did a fantastic gig at the beautiful Gawsworth Hall near Macclesfield in Cheshire, on Friday 10th August 2001. Entertaining the crowds (and a few million midges!) in the hall's huge open-air theatre, they did two sets, each about an hour long. As usual they kept the audience fully entertained with their mix of humour and song - nobody could have gone away disappointed! Watch this space for a review in due course (when I get time!) Meanwhile, tek a sken at the Gawsworth Hall Open Air Theatre website and see a picture of the theatre and the future events lined up there. |
