Notes: Their second live album, like the first, concentrated on the Lancashire nostalgia and humour - although a touch of Yorkshire humour crept in with George's idiosyncratic version of Jake Thackray's much-covered Bantam Cock. It included such gems as Our Bill & The Concrete Mixer (penned by future band member Bernard Wrigley) and the Riders In The Sky parody Piddling Pete, as well as an update on the adventures of Big Jim ! |
