5.10.05 KONNICHIWA MINNA-SAN!!! I'm sorry i've been away for so long..and with my last update taunting you all about a new set of songs that never came *sigh* But it's here now! Thankyou, again, to everyone that's been keeping on posting on my tagboard, checking if i'm alive. It's nice to know that people would care if i died XD

There's been so many reasons i haven't updated in ages and i promise you they're all valid....i didn't abandon you, my little jpop junkies. If you want to know the complex reasons for my absence then, by all means, please read on....however, if you are not even the slightest bit interested (and i don't blame you) then please ignore my incessant rambling and proceed to the joy that is jpop XD

Well... my summer vacation has just come and gone. Four weeks ago now, i dragged myself back to college for another year of endless work and studying. That, of course, has meant that the past few weeks have been absolute chaos, what with starting new subjects and writing streams of essays for my slave-driving teachers.
'But what about the summer vacation? Why didn't you update then?' i hear you cry. My summer vacation was, actually, even more chaotic than the last few weeks back at college have been! I spent the first weeks desperately trying to secure and organise all the details for my 6 month trip to Japan this time next year. (*takes moment to jump around room like a mad thing screaming 'I'M GOING TO JAPAN'!!!*) After everything was arranged, i then realised how much it was going to cost me......let's just say it is going to be a lot more than i have...well, had then anyway. The cost is now much more in my achievable price range because i spent the remainder of the summer vacation manically working to save up money! I am happy to say that i only need a small amount more to reach my target!
But, as if that isn't enough, my personal life has been falling apart around me aswell. i got ceremoniously broken up with only 4 weeks ago, resulting in me experiencing a complete mental breakdown. My mum decided to announce that she's leaving my step-dad and that, when i get back from Japan, i will be living with her in a completely different part of the country. My actual dad decided to leave the UK a couple of months ago and has gone to live in France, so my only resonably sane family member is no longer in the country. And, just to rub my current lonliness in my face, most of my close friends, especially a guy that i really liked, have all gone off to university miles away, where i'll never get a chance to see them anymore.
So, really, i've had so much going on in my life lately that updating entwined hasnt even crossed my mind!

That's my life story for the last few months! There has been one good thing though, my life isn't completely without hope: i turned 18 last week, meaning that i can legally drink here in the UK!! I'm hoping that this will increase my social life; you never know ;D

This song was taken from Maaya Sakamoto's Shounen Alice album i think (please don't shout at me in the comments if i'm wrong!) and is a nice attempt from her at more traditional 'folk' style songs. Acoustic guitars, beautiful melodies...i would expect nothing less from Maaya-san

One of my all-time favourite songs *reminisces*. I know alot of people often have strong opinions about DAI, they either love them or hate them, but i have to admit that i stand somewhere in the middle ground. This song, however, is the one that tips me towards the loving them side. The melody is absolutely gorgeous and i've listened to it so many times i've actually started to pick up the words!

OMG i LOVE this song!! Some excellent requesting going on here XD All Haibane Renmei music is gorgeous, as gorgeous as the artwork and storyline, but this has to be the best Haibane Renmei song out there! With a waltzy rhythm, violins, harmonising and Oranges & Lemons singing, you have no excuse not to download this song! *shakes fist*

Hmmm....not one of my favourite Bonnie Pink songs. Nice and summery, but it can get a bit dull after a few listenings. It's still pretty though and very typically Bonnie-ish, so if you're a fan of hers, i recommend you download it

After the request for Free Bird (Mahiru no Tuki He to) i got into a bit of a 'let's listen to my Haibane Renmei songs' kinda mood...so i decided to put a couple up as extra. This is one of the random vocal tracks from the OST, and very nice it is too :P It has the unique, almost bouncy, Haibane Renmei sound to it, the one that reminds me of banquets and castles XD
