How it
works

The first thing that happens is
that volunteer mediators will arrange to visit you in your home to hear about
your problem. With your consent, a similar
visit will be made to your neighbour. If everyone involved is happy, a
joint meeting will be arranged at a convenient time and place. We provide the venue. This joint meeting offers an opportunity
to share your thoughts in a safe environment. In most cases, it will lead to some form of agreement. Mid-Surrey Mediation Service is
free, confidential, independent, open to all and does not take sides. Look at the ‘Case Study’ to see
