RULES OF THE CLUB
Section 9 The Honorary Treasurer
9.1 The Treasurer shall pay monies received by the club from any source whatever without any deduction other than that for an impress account to the credit account of any account opened in the name of the club at such bank and in such manner as the Committee may direct.
9.2 He/she shall produce all books, documents, property and money of the club in his/her possession and render a full clear account at each audit and whenever required by resolution of the club or the Committee or Trustees.
9.3 All account books will be in the custody of the Hon Treasurer and will be of easy access to the Hon Secretary and Assistant Secretary and one of Officers of the club.
9.4 The club's financial year shall run from 1st January to 31st December of each year and the Hon Treasurer shall prepare a statement of accounts for the relevant year in sufficient time for the same to be submitted to the auditors in time for them to prepare a final balance sheet to be prepared at the Half Yearly General Meetings.
9.5 The Treasurer shall be responsible for paying any affiliation fees each year.
