Section 8 Chairman
8.1 The Chairman or in his absence the Vice Chairman, or in his absence an elected Chairman, shall take the chair at Committee Meetings. At General Meetings the President of the club or an elected Chairman may take the chair if asked to do so by the majority of the members present.
