RULES OF THE CLUB
Section 28 Permitted Hours
28.1 The permitted hours of the club during which intoxicating liquor may be served on weekdays shall be those ordered by the Licensing Act 1964 (as amended by any subsequent legislation).
28.2 Notwithstanding the above provisions, the hours during which intoxicating liquor may be served shall be at the discretion of the Committee, provided they comply with the licence and shall be kept posted on the club notice board.
28.3 The Bar Sub-Committee shall have the power to make an application to the Licensing Authorities for a special order or exemption on any specified occasion.
