RULES OF THE CLUB
Section 25 Dissolution of the Club
25.1 The club shall not be dissolved so long as fifty members exist, and then only providing there is a majority of two-thirds in favour of doing so.
25.2 In this event, the Trustees shall sell the club property and the proceeds after all payments to secured and other creditors and all liabilities are defrayed shall be shared between such charities as the Trustees may decide.
