Section 24 Auditors
24.1 Qualified auditors shall be appointed by resolution at the Annual General Meeting each year or in the case of a vacancy by the Committee, to examine and certify accounts. Such auditors shall not be members of the Committee.
(For the purpose of this Rule 'Qualified Auditors' means a person who is a qualified auditor under Section 7 of the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968)
