RULES OF THE CLUB

Section 20 Accounts

20.1 The Committee shall require proper accounts of the club to be kept by the Treasurer.

20.2 It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep a copy of the last Annual Balance Sheet and of the Report of the Auditor on the Balance Sheet.

20.3 A copy of the last Annual Balance Sheet shall be circulated to all members prior to the Half Yearly General Meeting.
