Section 18 Right of Appeal

18.1  A member suspended or expelled shall have the right of appeal to the three arbiters appointed by the Committee.

18.2  Such arbiters shall not hold Officer/Committee posts.

18.3  Such appeal must be in writing to the Secretary within 1 month of the summons appearance.

18.4  The decision of the arbiters shall be final.

18.5  The arbiters may order the costs of the arbitration to be bourn by either party or both parties in such proportion, as they think fit.
