Section 13 Bye-Laws

13.1  The Committee shall have the power to make such Bye-Laws as it may consider necessary do not contravene any of the Rules.

13.2  Bye-Laws may also be passed by a resolution at a General Meeting by two-thirds majority of those present and eligible to vote.
