Gosport is situated in the south of England between the
Cities of
Southampton and Portsmouth.
Gosport & District Angling Club was formed in 1950 and we have our clubhouse at Stokes Bay over looking the Solent.
We have nearly TWO HUNDRED members and regularly hold beach and boat competitions (see boat/beach) on our home page.
We also have a junior section which meet weekly and also hold regular beach competitions.
The purpose of this site is to provide valuable information to our members for example, forthcoming competitions, news, results, meetings and to provide an insight of the club to people who may wish to join us.

All our Beach/Boat Competitions use a Catch and Return policy.
OUR CONSTITUTION
Always to uphold and further interest in the sport of angling and maintain for the purpose a fleet of club boats and an established clubhouse incorporating social and recreational amenities ancillary to these interests.
