Wildlife Rescue, why is this?

us as much information as possible regarding the following:-
- history
of your cat, i.e stray, rescue, etc,
- the age
of your cat,
- medical
status, so that we can rule out any medical causes
- the behaviour
problems that you are experiencing in your cat.
- any other
information that you feel is relevant
