lower remedies fhave been used for many years, to treat humans, animals and even plants! They were developed by Dr Edward Bach a Harley Street doctor and well known Physician, who believed that attitude of mind plays a vital role in maintaining health and recovering from illness.

He identified 38 basic negative states of mind and created a plant or flower based remedy for each one.

Using flower essences in behavioural cases has proved to be very useful as a tool in successful behaviour adjustment. Although flower remedies can be used without behaviour advice, a combination of behavioural adjustment and Flower Remedies will be more effective.
