Regular hot tub maintenance and servicing is vital to ensure the longevity of your hot tub.
You should fully service your hot tub at least once a year to keep it in prime condition along with regular monthly checks and deep cleaning. A Basic Refresh Service should be carried out every 6 months

Your Hot Tub water should be balanced with the correct levels of alkalinity, pH and calcium hardness to protect the Spa equipment and provide bather comfort. Regular testing of your pool sanitiser levels is essential in providing a safe swimming environment for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We can offer Comprehensive Water Analysis & Troubleshoot and solve any problems you may encounter. We also offer many chemical treatments and environmental friendly options.

Full Hot Tub Service

This will give your spa a new lease of life looking as good as new.
 Repairs will be carried out as needed and labour costs will be included in the service.

• Full deep flush of the pipe work.
• Check functions of the spa’s control system are running correctly.
• Drain down with water pumped away.
• Drain out pump baskets and internal pipe work.
• Clean acrylic shell.
• Check integrity of pipework and wiring.
• Check all joints for leaks and corrosion.
• Check insulation for integrity.
• Replace 'o' rings and gaskets on pumps and heater.
• Check integrity of cabinet and inside of shell.
• Carry out repairs needed. ( Materials at extra cost )
• Refill spa and balance water.
• Chemically dose water and turn on to heat.
• Test all components for correct performance.
• Re check for any leaks or defects.
• Clean / replace filters ( Customer to supply filters )
• Clean down cabinet.
• Clean down lid.
• Check any accessories for integrity.
 

Refresh Hot Tub Service

Basic service to flush your pipe work and give your hot tub a general clean and make sure you are getting safe efficient use from your chemicals. The flush treatment will clear the pipe work of all grime and oils that created a bio-film layer within the pipe work that harbours bacteria.

• Full deep flush of the pipe work.
• Check all functions of the spa’s control system are running correctly.
• Drain down and water pumped away.
• Clean acrylic shell.
• Clean filters or replace. (New filters supplied by customer)
