process of self-awareness and self-discovery.
Since Self-Realisation is also known by the
controversial name 'enlightenment', Nick entitled the book 'Enlightenment,
The Simple Path'. The book has been well received worldwide and Nick is
writing further books on the subject with a different audience in mind and
from a different perspective, describing more its use in everyday
life.
