The aim of all the courses is not so much to physically achieve more and
earn more money, though this can be a side effect. The aim is always to
become more in tune with yourself and operate in a more objective and
constructive way, meeting the obstacles of everyday life, be it in work or
at home, in a calm and controlled manner.
As
the level of self-awareness develops, the individual finds they are less
affected emotionally when results are not quite as planned and begin to look for
solutions instead of focusing on the problems. Each problem softens from an
insurmountable mountain into a hurdle for which they now possess the tools
to overcome, as life becomes a pleasurable sequence of experiences to be
learnt from and no longer a minefield to be negotiated.
