NOTTINGHAM-MINIBUSES BOOKING CONDITIONS

· Passengers must ensure they are at the designated pick up point at the correct time. Nottingham-Minibuses are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred if pick up times are missed.

· Nottingham-Minibuses reserves the right to refuse boarding or carriage due to unreasonable behaviour at the discretion of the driver. We are under no obligation to offer refund or compensation for any losses you may incur.

· All our Vehicles are non-smoking. It is an offence to consume alcohol on any Vehicle.

· We reserve the right to cancel any Coach trip, however a full refund will be given in this event.

· Nottingham-Minibuses cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by breakdowns or any other circumstances beyond our control NO compensation will be offered.

· Nottingham-Minibuses cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings.

· Nottingham-Minibuses require a mobile telephone contact number for use in emergencies.

· Soiling Charge £100.00

· Unscheduled pick up’s & Drop off will be charge at £5.00 per Drop within reasonable Distance.

CANCELLATIONS

· You or any member of your party may at any time cancel your booking.

· A valid cancellation can only be made if you give written instructions to notify us of your intentions.

· The person who originally signed the booking form must sign the letter of cancellation.

· The effective date for cancellations is when we receive the written request.

· Minibus cancellation charge will be levied.
This is calculated in accordance with the scale of charges show below:

24 hours or less then 100 per cent.

· Coach cancellation charge will be levied.
This is calculated in accordance with the scale of charges show below:

10 per cent of cost

30 per cent of cost

45 per cent of cost
