Welcome to Sacred Steps, my personal journal of journeyings on mountains, trails and roads; in Wales, other parts of Britain and a few far-flung locations. As well as being a student of Sri Chinmoy, I am a keen member of the Sri Chinmoy A.C, a running club comprised of members of the UK Sri Chinmoy Centres. I'm lucky enough to work in the world of running too, as a staff member at Run and Become.
