... Marc Riley (also) specialises in the odd request - and he refers to his numbers as 'crowd pleasers', yet often turns the volume up unbearably high. But the whole show only really picked up with the B-Movie introductory instrumental to The Creepers' wiry set: all songs black and white, harsh and untender. the new single - a cover of Eno's 'Baby's On Fire' - is a fundamentalist, note-for-note, anger-mounting extrapolation of an original idea.
