WATER IS AVAILABLE ALL DAY.  FRUIT JUICE AND WATER IS AVAILABLE AT MEAL TIMES

 

These are just samples of the meals available and are subject to change at any time.  Menus are based around the Balance of Good Health and as far as possible contain at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day.   Most meals are home cooked with additives, salt and sugar in limited quantities.
