A popular Activities Week in July which ends the year with students and teachers involved in extra-curricular activities. Newly appointed staff, if available are welcome to join us for this week.
Newly Qualified Staff
 
Are given a teaching timetable which constitutes 90% of the normal teaching load
 
Are able to take advantage of a high quality Induction programme
 
Will find their Heads of Department knowledgeable and supportive
 
Can expect to meet newly qualified staff from other schools, arranged by Oxfordshire LEA
Will have opportunities to see other teachers at work
 
Will be invited to take part in the life of the College in July, and will be paid for this month
