Dear Parent
On Thursday, 9th December 2004 there will be a Year 10 Parents’ Evening involving all the subject teachers who teach your son/daughter. The evening will provide an opportunity for you to discuss the progress and developments made by your son/daughter at Bicester Community College.

An appointment system will be in place whereby each student will negotiate an appropriate time for you to meet the subject teachers. Please could parents make every effort to keep to the appointment times and duration as some members of staff have many parents to see. All meetings will take place in the Lower School Hall and L32.

If you are unable to attend, please contact your son/daughter’s form tutor or myself to make another appointment so that his/her progress can be discussed. I look forward to meeting you on Thursday, 9th December 2004. I would be grateful if you would kindly sign and return the reply slip below.
