Dear Parents
As you are aware, your son/daughter has recently enrolled for a GNVQ Intermediate course at the school. Enclosed for your information is a calendar showing the submission dates for all assignments required for the successful completion of the GNVQ qualification.

GNVQ courses place far greater demands on students than GCSEs, particularly with regard to time management skills. It is, therefore, beneficial for students to be aware of the amount of time they have available to complete each assignment. The nature of GNVQ courses necessitates that deadlines are strictly adhered to and students failing to hand work in by the submission dates will not have the opportunity to improve their work before final marking takes place.
