Sites can be fined if they fail the accessibility site. Have not found a site that does not fail the accessibility site. Perhaps I have not looked hard enough:-)

New requirements on donors' addresses for Gift Aid
Charities must now gather at the very least the postcode and house number/name of all Gift Aid donors, including those making sponsorship donations. Good site, had been updated to-day.
