TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All books on this site are priced in pounds sterling. We accept payment by
credit card ONLY via PAYPAL, using the address paypal@longlandbooks.co.uk ,
which solves any currency conversion problems for those outside the UK. We do
accept payment in non-sterling currency or by non-UK cheque, but must
regrettably pass on any bank charges.
Postage is charged at our predicted cost, with no charge for packaging. In the
UK we use first-class post and for the rest of the world we use virtually
exclusively airmail. Orders over about 100 pounds are normally sent by insured
postage. We do not accept any responsibility for any book lost after we have
emailed a certificate of posting or a tracking number.
Books are guaranteed to be in a condition as described. If they are not, we will
naturally refund your purchase price. We cannot accept any returns for other
reasons.
Longland Books is the sole owner of any information collected on this Web site.
We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not sell, share,
or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in
this statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law
requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect Longland Books' rights and/or
