Useful web addresses for the avid Huddersfield Town fan!

Huddersfield Town Official Site - err ... does what it says!

HTFC World - Danny Gee's irreverent site - a great laugh!

Huddersfield Daily Examiner - all the latest news and reports about Town.

BBC website - not updated all that regularly, especially during the closed season, but useful if it's match stats you're after.

Down At The Mac - the NEW website, but be warned - you'll need to register to view and use it.

Wikipedia - the website that YOU can add information to. The on-going history of Huddersfield Town F. C. is recorded - and updated! - here.

Historical Football Kits - this page deals with Town kits through the years, and very good it is too! Don't you just *LOVE* those 1910-1928 socks?

And for card collectors ...

Blue and White Stripes - Darren Herbert's excellent Huddersfield Town memorabilia site. More than just cards, there's EVERYTHING you could ever want about Town here; programmes, posters, books, fixture cards, badges, tickets, photos, DVDs - the lot!!

Nigel's Webspace - Galleries of English Football Cards 1965/66 - 1979/80 - A website dedicated to English football cards produced in the seasons 1965/66 to 1979/80. This period saw a range of cards, stickers and other memorabilia designed to attract the attention of, or extract a few pennies from, young boys, the author included. There are several Town cards and stickers here, but thousands of other images of general football stickers too. A great site to get lost in!

JF Sporting Collectibles - Another good website which sells loads of recent cards, home-produced but of good quality. Examples of these cards can be found in the 1999 and onwards pages of this website. This company also has a monthly auction when rarer cards become available. But no competing with me, please!

Murray Cards - THE cigarette and trade card site on the net. Thousands of cards are available here, many rare and loads of more common ones too. Fill those gaps by ordering or visiting one of the many card fairs attended by this company.

LDC Auctions - Specialisers in Baines cards (of Bradford) but also all sorts of other football related cards. A beautiful website filled with gorgeous Edwardian cards!

Paul Clarkson Cards - Another on-line company which specialises in football cigarette and trade cards. Very reasonable prices and an extremely quick turn around via the post.

Pete's Picture Palace - Pete Hurn's fantastic site filled with original press photographs of match action, and player portraits. Reasonable prices and lightning fast postage make this a site that you'll visit time and again to pad out your collection. Every club is listed, including Scottish clubs, some European 'greats' and even a few non-league teams too! Oh, and yes - that IS Jimmy Lawson skipping through the Manchester City mud in the top left of the 'home' page. Wish I'd bought THAT photo ...

Phil Neill's Football Collectables - a fantastic array of football cartoon caricatures and lifelike images from this talented artist, all available on cigarette cards. Buy a set or an individual card (you'll need to contact Phil for the latter service)

Other 'one-team' dedicated cigarette & card sites

Newport County 1912-1989 - Chris Shingler's website, which was modelled on this one.

Andy's Derby County Card Site - Andy McConachie's site which, like that of Chris Shingler, is a fansite that took this one as its inspiration.

Reading F. C. History - Chris Lee's website - again, inspired by this one - is an excellent site FILLED with cards. There are some really nice early 1900s postcards - what a pity that Town's history doesn't stretch quite as far back as that!

White Card Lane - Martin Lilly's Spurs website is another in the growing number of one-team websites. Like those above, this site should appeal to ALL collectors of cig and trade cards.

And finally ...

eBay - My items for sale, many of which are often cigarette and trade cards that I have purchased amongst lots when in pursuit of Town cards; indeed, some are even doubles and extras of Town cards that you will see on this site!
