I am led to believe that there were as many as FIVE printings of each player, although NOT ALL players featured in every different print-run. Other possibilities are 'BARRATT & CO.'S SWEETS ARE PURE', 'BARRATT'S XMAS CLUB BOXES ARE THE BEST. ORDER YOURS EARLY' and a blank back. It was also possible to find the cards with a matt AND a varnished finish, and even some with the printer's name on the back, so the combinations seem endless! |
