I believe that this is a page from a booklet rather than a paper trade card (b/w a picture of Preston North End)

J. Baines ball-shaped 'proof' plain back unnumbered paper trade card

Possibly created to celebrate the 1922 FA Cup win as the card shows the Cup, but this was never actually used, making it exceedingly RARE!! In fact Baines (of Bradford!) ceased trading soon after this date, so perhaps that's why it never made it to the print run.
