This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Beswick of Sutton Bonnington In the county of Nottingham Farmer

 

First I direct my just debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid by my Executrix herinafter named Also I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Amy all my personal Estate of which I my die possessed to and for her own use Also I give devise and bequeath all that my house yard garden barn and appurtenances thereunto belonging together with all that my close or closes piece or plot of land lately purchased by me of John Clark and all other my Real Estate whatsoever unto my said wife Amy and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease I give devise and bequeath the said house and appurtenances thereunder belonging together with the said closes piece or plot of land and all other my real estate whatsoever unto my Son John Beswick his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns forever – And lastly I nominate and appoint my said wife Amy sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament herby revoking all other wills by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-ninth day of December One thousand eight hundred and twenty one

Appended to the will

 

I do hereby certify that on the fourth day of May in the year of our lord 1822 Amy Beswick of Sutton Bonnington in the county of Nottingham the widow relict the sole executrix named in this last will and testament of Thomas Beswick late of Sutton Bonnington aforesaid in the Diocese of York Farmer deceased was sworn well and truly to execute and perform the same And that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased within the Diocese of York do not amount in value to the sum of one hundred pounds.
