The Paddock Suite is situated in the centre of the circuits main paddock area, adjacent to the pit lane with ground floor (no step) access, combined with large vehicle access doors.

Build up 0700hrs - 1000hrs

Opening hours 1000hrs - 1700hrs

Breakdown 1700hrs – 2000hrs

ALLOCATION OF STANDS

Please refer to the floorplan diagram for layout details. Every effort will be made to meet your request, however we reserve the right to allocate stand space at our discretion in the best interests of the majority of the exhibitors and public.

STAND TYPES

Exhibitors are responsible for providing, constructing and dismantling their own stands/displays. Rental is for floor space only. If you have a specific requirement(s), please include it/them on your application and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Mains outlets are available throughout the facility, however it is advisable to bring you own extension lead if electrical power is required.

PAYMENT OF STANDS

Please complete and return an ‘Exhibitor Application Form’ to the event organiser (including a 20% deposit of the total cost). Upon acceptance of your application, a letter of confirmation will be sent. In the event of non-acceptance, or over subscription, your deposit will be returned in full. Balance to be paid no later than 1^st August 2004.
