Lloyd Freeman is a leading Executive Search and Selection consultancy operating at the middle and senior management level.
We structure our business into four highly specialist practices whose teams are multinational as well as multi-disciplinary.
Much of our work is international; our consultants have carried out assignments in Asia, Europe Africa and North America.

Values
Knowing what you believe in is fundamental to a business. It should determine the way you tackle problems, the way you react to events and the priorities you set.
Values are important because they define how individuals behave towards each other and externally towards clients and candidates. What people believe in determines their priorities and their degree of commitment. However, values cannot be created simply by wishing them into existence or by management proclaiming them in a mission statement. They need to be derived from the essence of the organisation.
At Lloyd Freeman, to unearth our own values, we conducted a thorough review that looked at our own beliefs and then at the way that others saw us. This helped us to develop, through working groups, sets of ideas that have become central to the way we do business.
